GSP Agreement with Candidates:

  • Candidate’s resume/CV will be referred to employers for review only with prior verbal or written consent by said candidate.
  • Representations made to candidates about the duties, probable length of the employment, hours and salary/compensation package of prospective positions shall be in conformance with the best knowledge of GSP.
  • Precaution will be taken against referring any candidate to employers who are known to engage or have engaged in illegal, immoral, or questionable business practices.
  • Information about a candidate will be used only for the purpose of finding employment for that candidate. Confidential information shall be treated as such.
